Upon graduating from the Business Administration program at Humber College, Valerie immediately commenced working within Property Management. Little did she know that these humble first steps would form the bases for such an interesting and diverse career both working within and servicing the needs of this exciting industry.
Valerie's career began within Residential and branched out to include Commercial and Industrial portfolios, enjoying 4 successful years working for companies such as Bentall Kennedy and Menkes Property Management.
Well known to have a solid reputation directly within the Property Management industry, Valerie was sought out by a large International Recruitment firm to provide Subject Matter Expertise to their recruitment and selection process. In the four (4) years since making this exciting change Valerie has quickly and decidedly become the Recruitment provider of choice for companies who value attracting the best talent in the Property Management field.
Seeking to align herself with an organization that espoused the same principles of integrity, ethics and quality service as herself, Valerie decided to make Stoakley Dudley Consultants her home. At Stoakley, Valerie will be leading the Property Management & Facilities search practice.
