Ernie has been a Recruiter of Human Capital since June of 1968, specializing for about four decades in recruiting a broad range of personnel in a variety of high technology industries and positions – including for example, Engineers, Marketers, Managers, Directors and Senior Executives.  His tenacity and success at finding even the most uniquely qualified candidates has resulted in very strong relationships with his customers and caused his advice and assistance to be sought  by a large number of other agencies, especially throughout North America.

He opened Stoakley-Dudley Consultants Ltd. in 1978, not as a vertically oriented boutique recruiting firm, but as a one-shop talent sourcing company covering Engineering, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Human Resources, IT and Consulting Personnel.  As a result of his vision, our company is able to handle virtually any type of need for human capital.  He led the agency into membership in National Personnel Associates in 1984, driving it to become globally focused through a network of well established affiliates across Canada, the USA, England, Israel, South America, Australia and the Far East.  This has put us in the enviable position of enabling our company to source from the world for our clients, or to supply Canadian talent to a global market place. 

Over the years Ernie has won almost every award for cooperative placements offered by NPA, the Worldwide Recruiting Network.  The company has become highly automated, employing a sophisticated database and client management system, as well as extensive use of World Wide Web resources, providing our clients with faster, more comprehensive service.  Ernie’s plan for the future is to grow the company and refine our techniques to continue to be one of the foremost full service recruiting firms in Canada.
