Samantha Wood, B.E.Sc, graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a degree in Civil Engineering and brings 7 years of Sales and Sales Management experience to Stoakley-Dudley.  During this time she gained expert knowledge of the wireless communications and medical device industries.  However her true strength lies in finding successful, motivated sales and sales management talent in a wide range of industries by matching qualifications and personality traits with her client’s corporate culture and professional needs.

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

Following graduation , Samantha began her career in the search industry.  However, her natural talent for sales led to her spending the next 7 years in a number of increasingly responsible sales and sales management roles.  Most of these years were spent in the wireless communications and medical and laboratory products industries.

At the height of her sales career she held the Regional Sales Manager position for the Toronto branch of a communications company and was successful at securing the best talent for her team.  This success has led her back to the recruiting industry and subsequently here to Stoakley-Dudley.

Samantha thrives on a challenge and recruiting sales staff can be just that.  Her uncanny ability to read people and uncover the motives driving their career decisions allows her to recruit and present candidates who are excited about the opportunity that she has to offer them.
