POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:   Our client is an industry leader in the Power Transmission products and Electrical/Electronic Controls Systems arena.  They currently require a Bilingual (English/French) Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative.  If you have worked in a mechanical environment with lots of people interaction – this could be your opportunity to join an industry leader in a permanent position.  Working in the Customer Service Department dealing with customers, solving problems with returns, service issues, etc.  You will determine and solve warranty issues and schedule work flow, to support and service staff.  We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, exceptional organization skills with the ability to do some planning and scheduling, to get things done in a busy customer service department.

SALARY RANGE:    $35,000
QUALIFICATIONS: Fluently bilingual (English/French)
EDUCATION:  High School Diploma
