Compensation

Position Description

  • Champion safety in every interaction, leading by example and embedding safety as a core value in their culture.
  • Help mentor, motivate, and empower a team of 100+ employees in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ensuring smooth operations and a strong team dynamic.
  • Empower Production Management and their talent production team in achieving ambitious goals for your department and team, aligned with company objectives.

  • Help drive the production of top-tier, high-quality products that not only meet but exceed standards.

Experience

3 to 5 years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

  • Proven manufacturing experience with some team leadership/management experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and inspire.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to drive results in a dynamic environment.
  • A history of successfully training teams on safety protocols and boosting productivity.
  • Lean or Six Sigma certification is a plus—your problem-solving mindset will thrive here.
  • Flexibility for limited travel, as required.

Education

A pertinent Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
