Our client is a leader in the physical fitness vertical offering science based strategies in the personal strength market. They have a unique service model backed up with some of the best trainers in the industry.

Compensation

The compensation plan is designed to attract experience talent while providing buffers acknowledging this is a new position on the team. We are prepared to negotiate. It blends a strong base, commissions and profit sharing.

The Opportunity

After 15 years of progressive and impressive success, the decision to franchise was made two years ago. Great effort has been made to design one of the most attractive and successful models in the industry. We are now seeking an individual to join us to be part of the senior management team, reporting directly to the CEO and be the driving force in identifying prospects and closing franchise sales.

Daily daily work can be completed remotely.

Position Description

This is a unique opportunity for several reasons. Although they are in the formative stage, they have been approached several times recently with an offer to purchase.(They are in no way interested in selling) This is a reflection that established, well-known brand groups already see the great potential in this business model. In addition, you get to put your personal stamp on the role, and participate in an intimate way in designing and developing the growth of the business.

They utilize broker networks and direct leads for the sales process.

Again, daily work can be completed remotely.

Experience

  • Core value and cultural fit.
  • Minimum of 5 years of franchise operations and/or sales experience.
  • Desire to be a productive member of the Senior Leadership Team, reporting to the CEO.
  • Must be knowledgeable of current franchise sales and disclosure rules and regulations, and procedures.
  • Strong sales/CRM database experienced required.
  • Broad franchise knowledge and experience including sales, operations, learning management systems (LMS), and franchise field support.
  • Ability/willingness to travel to Minneapolis home office approximately once per month.
