The Opportunity

The IT Systems Analyst – Infor/CloudSuite Industrial/Syteline (CSI) will act as the bridge between IT applications and other business operations, focusing primarily on the ERP system while also supporting various other applications as needed. The role requires expertise in IT business applications to provide solutions and recommendations for business needs. A deep understanding of both the technical aspects of systems and tools, as well as the operational functions of the business, is essential.

Position Description

Provide comprehensive support for the ERP system – Infor/CloudSuite Industrial/Syteline (CSI)
Administer and integrate business systems
Offer end-user support, including user setup and permissions
Design and implement system personalization
Create custom reports
Ensure seamless data flow between Infor and other business applications through system integrations
Develop and maintain system documentation covering integrations, configuration, and customization details
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
Manage monthly system updates
Stay updated on the latest Infor technologies, recommending and implementing improvements for system optimization
Participate in the evaluation and selection of additional modules to enhance the ERP system
Provide day-to-day IT support and troubleshoot software applications and hardware

Experience

Experience with Infor/CloudSuite Industrial/Syteline is a MUST
3-5 years of direct IT experience (help desk support, network administration, desktop support, IT operations)

Qualifications

Infor/CloudSuite Industrial (CSI)/Syteline expertise is a MUST
Self-directed and motivated to delve into business process details
Ability to prioritize, plan, and manage multiple projects or problems simultaneously
Demonstrates confidence, professionalism, and diplomacy in handling complex issues
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to explain technical issues to testers, developers, managers, and coworkers
Capable of working independently or as part of a team, organized, and able to meet deadlines under pressure

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
