Maintenance Engineer (Day Shift)

Compensation

A competitive compensation package is on offer £40,000-45,000 pounds and includes benefits and perks. This is permanent, full-time, Monday to Friday position.

The Opportunity

As a Maintenance Engineer you will be a key part of the team working with leading technology, world class manufacturing and leading facilities on the day shift. In this important position, you would be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on the facility’s equipment, including rotating and fixed equipment.

Through routine and non-routine equipment maintenance, you would be entrusted to ensure that the department is run to maximize quality safety and productivity.

Position Description

This is a days-based position with an early finish on Fridays.

  • Electrical Fault finding on equipment
  • Working with PLC’s
  • Inspecting equipment and conducting routine maintenance
  • Servicing and replacing old or faulty equipment.
  • Troubleshooting equipment malfunctions.
  • Writing detail reports and hand overs
  • Adhering to all safety and performance regulations

Experience

Prior experience working in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
