The Opportunity

As our client’s new Regional Service Manager, you will be entrusted with ensuring the smooth and successful delivery of projects and technology to their clients. Your keen project management acumen, client relationship management, and customer service skills will help see their industry-leading technology successfully implemented with customers in specific States, including but not limited to, Georgia, Alabama, Arkansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma.

Position Description

Collaborating closely with the organization’s sales, service, project and other internal departments, you will be valued for your ability to ensure this world leader’s quality and client-centric focus is put on full display at every turn during the installation process and throughout the customer service experience. This involves, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Acting as the point person for service requirements for the specified region
  • Being the key liaison between client-side and the organization
  • Proactively and reactively addressing conflicts towards achieving operational goals, with client deliverables always top of mind
  • Partnering with various internal departments towards achieving common, organizational goals
  • Overseeing installation supervisory team to ensure successful installation of technology and that service calls are successfully resolved
  • Taking ownership over project tracking as it pertains to service requirements, installations, service and customer consultations
  • Managing project timelines re: installation resources, deliveries, and customer-side requirements towards successful project completion
  • Partnering with sales team in the positioning of the organization’s technology and service offerings, including but not limited to: installation, consultation, parts and warranties, and training
  • Acting as point person for the organization’s clients in your region, ensuring their client-centric focus is adhered to at all times


  • 3-5 years of supervisory experience
  • Strong project management experience in detailed and technical projects


  • A valid passport, with no travel restrictions, is required at all times
  • Sound judgement, professional conduct, and respect for all company team members, partners, vendors and clients
  • General understanding of core HVAC is an asset


A relevant university or college level degree.
