With over $10 billion dollars in assets, they are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician that will be responsible for traveling between residential buildings in the in the Kitchener/Waterloo region. In this role, you will be responsible predominantly for property maintenance including building mechanical systems.

$45,000 – $50,000 annually plus additional perks.
