Position Description

As the Sales Manager – HVAC you will partner with, and report to, the Director of Residential Business helping to manage the division’s operations in beautiful British Columbia. As you’ll surely be familiar already, this will include managing clients and opportunities, strategizing, business planning, budgetary considerations, and putting into place tangible, exciting projects.

Moreover, you will have real, hands-on responsibility leading their stellar residential sales team in the BC & Yukon market. In all of this, you will be entrusted to drive annual sales of our client’s HVAC residential technology and services in this assigned territory. This means you will responsible for driving sales and revenue, with a defined plan and a sound strategy. The end goal and bigger picture? To drive growth across all their residential product lines.

Experience

10 years of experience in sales, with 3-5 of those years successfully managing residential HVAC business.

Qualifications

  • Industry accredited certification in Residential Sales, Technical Service or Business Management
  • Strong technical knowledge of residential HVAC systems
  • Excellent communication, sales, service and team management skills

Education

Industry accredited certification in Residential Sales, Technical Service or Business Management.
