Currently looking for a VP of Sales & Business Development for an industry leading Print & Packaging Manufacturer in Ontario.

The Opportunity

This is a career defining opportunity that does not come along often, to join an executive leadership team, and lead sales initiatives.

Position Description

The position will oversee the sales strategy operations to provide a critical role in achieving revenue goals and expanding the market presence. The VP will lead a high performing manufacturing sales team (known for innovation, quality, and customer service) to drive the company forward with strategic sales growth.

  • Design and execute sales and business development strategies to drive revenue and market share growth.
  • Mentor and manage the sales team to meet exceed sales goals, while fostering a high-performance, customer-centric culture.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including new market segments, partnerships, and channels.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to implement company-wide strategies for growth
  • Assist Sales Reps to maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Monitor analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies
  • Lead contract negotiations and proposal development with a focus on profitability and long-term customer relationships.
  • Oversee the preparation of accurate sales forecasts, performance metrics, and reporting for executive management.
  • Represent the company at key industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and drive new business.

  • Proven sales management experience in the print or packaging industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on motivating and engaging teams.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Results-driven with a passion for driving growth and building relationships.
