The GM plays a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of their Ottawa operations, from strategic planning and financial management to personnel supervision and client relations. The General Manager’s overall responsibility is to ensure efficient, safe and profitable snow removal and landscape services. Base salary ranging between $150,000 to $170,000 based on experience.
