Tiffany jump started her career in recruitment by “jumping into the deep end” joining one of the world’s largest specialty Finance Recruitment firms. Immediately falling in love with the recruiting profession Tiffany got down to work and capitalized on every opportunity to learn, grow, develop and hone her skills in her new craft. Capitalizing on this incredible foundation, Tiffany never looked back and has continually taken on new and greater challenges, expanding into various industries in roles such as Business Development Manager, Operations Manager, Division Director and Talent Acquisition Manager. This broad base of experience across multiple industries has prepared Tiffany to provide her clients with expert level service across a wide array of disciplines.
Most recently Tiffany realized monumental, record setting success during her 4 years as a Division Director for an Accounting /Finance Specialty firm in Montreal. Developing this Branch, almost from scratch, into one of the largest in the province of Quebec was an incredible accomplishment and one in which she is quite proud. Never one to rest on her laurels, Tiffany continually strives to find new and better ways to add further value and be of greater service to her valued clients. A victim of her own success, Tiffany found it difficult to continue her epic levels of growth while being limited to providing recruitment services in the Accounting & Finance arena only and especially within a limited geographical territory. Continually being asked by her clients to help them with their needs in areas outside of Finance & Accounting and in locations outside of her territory, Tiffany’s next step was clear. Tiffany made the decision to expand her service offering by joining a boutique firm with a multi-disciplinary offering and a global reach.
With this goal in mind, and concurrent with a move to the Toronto area, Tiffany found exactly what she was looking for in Stoakley-Stewart Consultants. In joining Stoakley, Tiffany can now help her valued clients and candidates on all facets of business and disciplines, in just about any industry and anywhere in the world. Now able to broaden her scope and reach out to everyone and anyone that has a need, Tiffany will be putting her two decades of multi-disciplinary experience to good use.
