Property Manager

A well-established, mission-driven housing organization (non-profit) is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential properties in Toronto’s downtown core. This organization is committed to providing safe, stable, and well-maintained housing while fostering strong tenant relationships and building vibrant communities. $75,000–$80,000 annually, based on a 37.5-hour work week. Environmental Consultant, Hazardous Material (HAZMAT)

The organization supports public and private sector clients on complex projects involving asbestos, lead, mold, silica, mercury, PCBs, and other designated substances.
