Compensation

Position Description

The role is responsible for client communications, order processing, and planning and tracking deliveries from initial order to delivery to the clients, many of which are international in scope and location.

You will be communicating with our client’s R&D team, their custom manufacturers and their customers themselves to manage the full order cycle.

Experience

  • Prior experience in customer service is desirable.
  • The role has direct involvement in leading edge natural ingredients for cosmetic formulations, so a chemical background would also be an advantage.

Qualifications

Ability to speak French or Spanish is considered a significant asset.
