This is a residential portfolio, and as such someone with strong RESIDENTIAL high-rise maintenance experience is a definite asset, as the person would need to know how to interact with tenants and conduct in suite repairs. This is NOT a live-in Superintendent position, it is a live-out Maintenance position. Should the property have commercial on the main floor of the high-rise, the Maintenance Technician will also be responsible for tenant services for the retail component, but this is a small portion of the Maintenance Technicians day.
