Plant Manager

Company Description

Our client is an international leader in the printing industry. They have the latest technology and are internationally respected.

Compensation

Very attractive compensation package, including a lucrative salary, plus bonuses, benefits and 401K matching.

The Opportunity

This location in Raleigh, NC is a high tech printing facility with 30 non-union staff. In the near future the plan is to combine this plant with another in a new facility near Raleigh.

Position Description

You will be on the leadership team, managing all aspects of the production and plant. In addition, you will be planning the staff development processes and you will be a leader in the planning and execution of the combining of the two facilities in the near future.

Experience

  • 10+ years of leadership and management experience as a plant manager ideally in the Printing industry
  • You are well-versed in current technology at all levels related to plant management
  • You have demonstrated excellence in communication and planning
  • You will contribute in conversations with other manufacturing leaders from locations across the country
  • You have strong analytical and analysis experience with current software and planning processes

Education

Technical or business degree preferred
