Company Description

Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Representative with experience in label manufacturing. This high-volume, fast-paced label manufacturing facility producing pressure-sensitive labels for customers across food, consumer packaged goods, industrial, and retail markets has built success on speed, accuracy, and long-term customer partnerships.

Compensation

$65,000 – $85,000* base salary
Plus Commission
Health and dental benefits included
Additional business-related expenses

Position Description

The role requires someone who can thrives in managing multiple accounts simultaneously, work closely with estimating, prepress, and production to deliver high-quality label solutions on time.

Develop and manage new and existing customer accounts within the label market
Identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate label materials, adhesives, and printing methods
Act as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams (estimating, prepress, production, and customer service)
Manage multiple active jobs in a high-volume manufacturing environment
Monitor order progress and proactively communicate with customers

Qualifications

3-5+ years of sales experience in label manufacturing.
Working knowledge of pressure-sensitive labels, substrates, adhesives, and finishing processes
Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows and production constraints
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
