Sales Representative – Label Manufacturing

Company Description

Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Representative with experience in label manufacturing. This high-volume, fast-paced label manufacturing facility producing pressure-sensitive labels for customers across food, consumer packaged goods, industrial, and retail markets has built success on speed, accuracy, and long-term customer partnerships.

Compensation

  • $65,000 – $85,000* base salary
  • Plus Commission
  • Health and dental benefits included
  • Additional business-related expenses

Position Description

The role requires someone who can thrives in managing multiple accounts simultaneously, work closely with estimating, prepress, and production to deliver high-quality label solutions on time.

  • Develop and manage new and existing customer accounts within the label market
  • Identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate label materials, adhesives, and printing methods
  • Act as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams (estimating, prepress, production, and customer service)
  • Manage multiple active jobs in a high-volume manufacturing environment
  • Monitor order progress and proactively communicate with customers

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of sales experience in label manufacturing.
  • Working knowledge of pressure-sensitive labels, substrates, adhesives, and finishing processes
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows and production constraints
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
