He began his career in Human Resources working for renowned and respected organizations like Home Depot and Bank of Montreal. However, it was when he embarked on his new life across the pond to England that his career in recruiting truly took off. Talent acquisition was always part of his experience working in HR, but it was only one aspect of it rather than the central focus of his day-to-day work.
It was not until John joined a recruiting firm that he came to realize his true calling. He spent five enlightening and eye-opening years living and plying his trade in the U.K. as a Senior Recruiter servicing clients in the manufacturing sector. In that time, he honed his skills and developed lasting relationships with employers, executive teams, hiring managers, and HR professionals, partnering with them to deliver hard-to-find, right-fit talent for their most important hiring needs.
