Aftermarket Parts Supervisor

Position Description

In this very important position, you will work closely with the customer support team and report to the division’s senior management.
• Ensure exceptional client satisfaction through precision and accuracy in picking, packing and preparing orders for both domestic and global shipping.
• Evaluate and manage employee performance and order fulfillment efforts.
• Oversee a unionized team of up to 5-10 employees, in addition to a small number of team leads.
• Collaborate with management on employee disciplinary action, attendance and performance.
• Maintain accuracy of inventory and shipping.
• Provide guidance and position requirements to employees, and training if/when necessary.
• Collaborate with production purchasing and QA/QC teams to solve issues, provide information and answers to questions pertaining to order fulfillment.
• Ready, pack, and arrange scheduling and route orders for delivery.
• Collaborate with other teams and departments.

Experience

• Experience and/or background in distribution, warehousing and shipping an asset.
• Prior supervisory experience in manufacturing is an asset.
• Experience working with shipping leads, supervisors and logistics/supply chain supervisors is an advantage.

Qualifications

Prior supervisory positions within in a manufacturing environment.
