Compensation

  • Competitive Pay: $38/hour to 48.00/hour, based on experience.
  • Flexible Schedule: Core hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with flexibility to accommodate individual needs.
  • Full-Time Stability: 40 hours per week.
  • Paid Training: Learn and refine your craft while getting paid.
  • Uniforms Supplied: All the gear you need, provided.
  • Customized Benefits Plan: Tailored to your needs, with no employee contribution required.
  • Vacation & Time Off:
    • Weekly vacation pay included in each paycheque (nothing held back).

Position Description

As their Automotive Painter, you will take ownership of prepping, refinishing, and perfecting vehicles to the highest standard. Working closely with a collaborative team, this role is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering a flawless finish, values efficiency, and enjoys seeing their craftsmanship make an immediate impact.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing paint preparation, refinishing, and final application to achieve professional results.
  • Ensuring high standards of safety, cleanliness, and quality throughout the painting process.
  • Participating in paid training and ongoing skills development.
  • Assisting with some preparation and setup tasks as part of the learning/training phase.
  • Contributing to a positive, respectful team culture.

Experience

Hands-on painting experience (automotive, industrial, or related fields).
