As the General Manager of the HVAC Products Sales Division, you are a senior professional with extensive sales & marketing experience in the HVAC industry and responsible for the overall business unit performance with full P&L responsibility including the functions of sales, marketing, engineering, operations, technical service & support. As the operational leader of the business unit, you will require strong leadership skills with proven experience in managing, developing and coaching a team of direct and indirect. The position reports to the Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing.
