The Opportunity

Currently looking for an accomplished HR professional able to help and support management team of a leading Print & Packaging Manufacturer. The position will be responsible for managing a wide range of HR functions from recruitment and onboarding, to employee relations, performance management, training and development, benefits administration, and compliance with employment legislation. We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Human Resources Manager with extensive experience in collaborating with all levels of employment in a manufacturing environment.

Position Description

  • Interpret and apply understanding of corporate policies and employment laws to provide advice and ensure compliance.
  • Oversee all aspects of employee relations; handle matters in a timely and effective manner.
  • Create and revise job descriptions as needed.
  • Maintain HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
  • Maintain and update employee records, and handle all documentation within HR.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the company.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years’ HR Management experience required.
  • Minimum 5 years’ HR experience in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Human Resources Management and HR Designation.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Strong ability to build relationships with all levels within the organization.
  • Exceptional ability to handle sensitive situations with diplomacy and professionalism.
  • Proven track record of working effectively in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize important projects.

Education

Degree in Human Resources Management and HR Designation.
