Our client markets an extensive line of consumer, commercial and industrial Electronic products for Air Conditioning and Heating Systems. With 80 years of experience in producing reliable high quality products to both corporate clients and general consumers all over the world.

The Opportunity

As a member of the Commercial Sales Team; this position reports to the National Commercial Sales Manager.

Position Description

  • Primary duties will be to assist with the commercial sales engineering team to assist with design of commercial HVAC solutions to generate mechanical design specifications for the products.
  • Effectively manage assigned commercial consulting engineering accounts acting as the primary point of contact for pre and post sales related inquiries.
  • Develop sales and application tools/materials which will assist the efficient specification of products.
  • Support and build long-term valued relationships with commercial sales engineers and distributors’ sales engineering teams to facilitate the effective sales and implementation of the HVAC products. Collaborate closely with the factory marketing teams offering feedback on the performance of new products and tools as applied in the field.

Experience

  • 1-3 years’ experience as an Application/Internal Sales Engineer for commercial applied/engineered HVAC product manufacturer.
  • Simple design of HVAC equipment, retro-fits and new construction.

Qualifications

Standing member of ASHRAE, PEO (EIT) or LEED certification is an asset.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, CET an asset.
