Our client is redefining how commercial buildings are heated and cooled.
With deep roots in engineering innovation and a growing footprint across North America, they have developed advanced heat pump technologies that are helping reduce energy consumption, improve system efficiency, and support the transition toward more sustainable infrastructure.
Their solutions are already installed in tens of thousands of buildings, supported by an established network of partners, and backed by a global parent organization known for its commitment to clean energy technologies.
This is a company actively shaping the future of HVAC.
This is a high-impact, market-facing leadership role at a pivotal stage of growth.
As HVAC Sales Manager, you will take ownership of a defined North American region, with a strong emphasis on expanding presence across key U.S. markets. This is not a territory to maintain. It is a market to build.
You will be responsible for identifying and unlocking new opportunities, strengthening channel relationships, and positioning advanced heat pump solutions in an evolving and increasingly competitive landscape.
This role offers a rare combination of autonomy and influence. You will work closely with executive leadership while having the latitude to shape regional strategy, define your approach, and directly impact revenue growth.
A key component of this role is regular travel throughout the western and southern United States, approximately 30 percent, focused on developing relationships, supporting channel partners, and advancing new business opportunities across priority markets. This is a highly visible, field-oriented position for someone who values being in front of customers and actively shaping their region.
This role is designed for someone ready to move beyond traditional territory management and step into true market ownership.
You will have the opportunity to expand your influence across a growing North American footprint while contributing to how commercial buildings operate more efficiently and sustainably.
With visibility to leadership and a mandate to build, not simply maintain, this position offers:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
