We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join their team. Based in the GTA you will cover all industry sectors where their product applies: automotive, kitchen and bath, office furniture, windows and doors, showcase and displays, picture frames, specialized packaging, and more. The company prides itself on its ability to bring value-add solutions to their clients rather than selling strictly on price. You will support the outside sales team as well as handle new clients directly through requests for quotes. A proactive and customer service approach is essential!
You must be a strong communicator with a passion for customer service. An aptitude for measurements, weights and numbers along with an inquisitive mind will allow you to bring value where their competitors aren’t as practiced. As everything is custom manufactured, knowledge of the manufacturing process and quoting based on project is required. Candidates who have only quoted from a catalogue of products do not have the experience we are after.
