Manager – Customer Service Print Solutions

Compensation

$85,000 to $95,000 salary (commensurate upon experience), plus bonus, and comprehensive benefits package.

The Opportunity

Currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager/Supervisor to lead a customer service team for a leading West Toronto Print manufacturer. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership qualities, a strong understanding of customer service principles, and the ability to ensure a seamless experience for clients.

Position Description

  • Lead and manage the customer service team to achieve departmental goals and deliver exceptional service levels.
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Train and motivate team members to maximize their potential and performance.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries or issues promptly and effectively, ensuring resolutions that align with company policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and production to improve overall customer experience and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

Experience

Proven experience in a customer service management/supervisory role within the print or packaging industry.

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations with diplomacy and professionalism.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and CRM systems.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Education

Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
