Manager – Customer Service Print Solutions

Compensation

$85,000 to $95,000 salary (commensurate upon experience), plus bonus, and comprehensive benefits package.

The Opportunity

Currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager/Supervisor to lead a customer service team for a leading West Toronto Print manufacturer. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership qualities, a strong understanding of customer service principles, and the ability to ensure a seamless experience for clients.

Position Description

Lead and manage the customer service team to achieve departmental goals and deliver exceptional service levels.
Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Train and motivate team members to maximize their potential and performance.
Handle escalated customer inquiries or issues promptly and effectively, ensuring resolutions that align with company policies.
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and production to improve overall customer experience and resolve issues efficiently.
Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

Experience

Proven experience in a customer service management/supervisory role within the print or packaging industry.

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations with diplomacy and professionalism.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in customer service software and CRM systems.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Education

Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
