The Opportunity

Some roles ask you to maintain what exists. This one asks you to make it better.

You will take ownership of how service is delivered across Canada, with the ability to refine, improve, and elevate it in a meaningful way.

If you take pride in building strong teams, creating systems that actually work, and delivering an experience that customers remember for the right reasons, this is the kind of role where that mindset matters.

Position Description

At its core, this role is about making sure the service side of the business runs the way it should, every day, across the country.

  • Leading regional service leaders and helping them perform at a high level
  • Working closely with external service partners and ensuring they meet expectations
  • Improving service delivery, from response times to first-time fixes
  • Ensuring parts are available when needed without unnecessary complexity
  • Supporting key accounts and maintaining strong service relationships
  • Using reporting and data to identify what’s working and where to improve
  • Collaborating with global teams on broader initiatives when required

You will be the person responsible for making sure the customer experience holds up long after the product is installed.

Experience

  • You have led service or technical teams, ideally across multiple regions
  • You understand equipment-based environments, whether in foodservice, manufacturing, or similar industries
  • You have experience working with both internal teams and external partners
  • You are comfortable managing budgets and understanding the financial side of operations
  • You have improved processes before and can point to tangible results

Qualifications

  • Technical background or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving ability
  • A proactive mindset, you look for improvements rather than waiting for issues
  • Ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Clear and confident communication style
  • Comfortable balancing big-picture thinking with day-to-day execution
  • Experience in diverse or international environments is an asset

Education

A post-secondary technical diploma or degree, or equivalent hands-on industry experience, is preferred, with additional electrical and/or gas certifications considered a strong asset.
