Position Description

An important part of the team and overall operation of the organization, you will report to a senior department manager. You will be entrusted to complete valuable project proposals, process important orders and manage key documents, towards the collective goal of best-in-class order fulfillment.

You will have a firm eye on customer service, combined with operational excellence, as you apply your unique skillset towards managing orders in an expeditious, accurate, and comprehensive way.

You will gain the added experience of collaborating with sales colleagues and other related departments towards the unified goal of solving problems as or before they arise, all in service to their dedicated and valued client base both domestically and internationally.

Experience

2+ years of work experience in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

  • You ought be comfortable working in fast-paced work environment.
  • Team players only! You will need to be experienced in working with others, but also a self-start who is comfortable working independently as well.
  • Working under pressure, fancying yourself a multi-tasker extraordinaire and being adept at prioritizing demands will set you up for success in this role.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Excellent communications skills, written and oral.
  • Savvy with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and with some advanced Excel acumen).
  • Being ERP savvy is a huge asset here, in addition to work experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Having an understanding of customs compliance and related documentation will help you immensely in this role and in hitting the ground running.

Education

High school diploma and/or post-secondary education.
