$75,000 base salary with anticipated first-year compensation of $110,000*

The Opportunity

A growing packaging solutions provider is looking for a driven experienced Packaging Sales Representative to help expand their customer base and deepen existing relationships. Serving customers across food and consumer goods industries, they pride themselves on responsive service, smart solutions, and long-term customer partnerships.

Position Description

Develop and manage a portfolio of B2B customers
Prospect and generate new business through cold calling, referrals, networking, and site visits
Identify customer needs and recommend customized packaging solutions
Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and product samples
Negotiate pricing and close sales while maintaining healthy margins
Collaborate with internal teams (customer service, operations, vendors) to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and customer data in the CRM
Stay current on packaging trends, materials, and market conditions

Qualifications

3+ years of B2B sales experience (packaging manufacturing preferred)
Proven ability to prospect, build relationships, and close deals
Strong communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
Knowledge of packaging industry and integrated supply chains
Experience selling value-added or custom solutions
