Position Description

  • Drive Results: Take full ownership of sales performance across Ontario and Western Canada — hitting volume, revenue, and profitability targets.
  • Grow Accounts: Nurture existing relationships while expanding our footprint with new business opportunities.
  • Solve + Serve: Leverage your deep product knowledge to understand customer needs and deliver tailored ingredient solutions.
  • Collaborate for Success: Work hand-in-hand with internal experts — from Product Managers to Logistics — to deliver a world-class customer experience.
  • Be a Trusted Advisor: Offer technical guidance and responsive support, becoming a go-to partner for your clients.
  • Track + Win: Set ambitious sales targets, report on progress, and drive continuous improvement.

Experience

  • Industry Experience: 5+ years in pharmaceutical or life sciences sales (preferably distribution); a strong grasp of the industry landscape.
  • Relationship Mastery: Natural rapport-builder who knows how to listen, engage, and earn trust.
  • Entrepreneurial Energy: Self-starter with a “get-it-done” attitude, keen to own your success.
  • Team Mentality: You value collaboration but aren’t afraid to take initiative.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; comfortable with CRM tools and virtual communication.
  • Education: University degree preferred.
