Print Projects Coordinator

Company Description

A Toronto-based print manufacturer is seeking a print projects coordinator to join their client support team.

Compensation

A comprehensive compensation package is on offer, consisting of a base salary of $60,000 to $70,000 (commensurate upon experience), plus a benefits package.

Position Description

The role requires a strong foundation in prepress processes, excellent project coordination skills, and a customer service mindset. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the flow of print jobs from client intake through to production and delivery.

  • Serve as the main point of contact between clients, sales, prepress, and production teams
  • Coordinate all aspects of print production from job initiation through final delivery
  • Track project timelines, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
  • Review and prepare client files for print (preflight, file corrections, output setup)
  • Ensure print jobs meet technical requirements (bleed, resolution, colour accuracy, etc.)
  • Maintain organized documentation for each project, including specs, proofs, and revisions
  • Troubleshoot issues proactively and provide quick, client-focused solutions

Experience

  • 3+ years working in client solutions environment
  • 3+ years of experience in a print production environment, preferably in a coordination or prepress role

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Prepress Software (Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Illustrator) workflow, file setup, and processes
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction
  • Experience with digital, offset, and large format printing
