Print Projects Coordinator

Company Description

A Toronto-based print manufacturer is seeking a print projects coordinator to join their client support team.

Compensation

A comprehensive compensation package is on offer, consisting of a base salary of $60,000 to $70,000 (commensurate upon experience), plus a benefits package.

Position Description

The role requires a strong foundation in prepress processes, excellent project coordination skills, and a customer service mindset. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the flow of print jobs from client intake through to production and delivery.

Serve as the main point of contact between clients, sales, prepress, and production teams
Coordinate all aspects of print production from job initiation through final delivery
Track project timelines, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
Review and prepare client files for print (preflight, file corrections, output setup)
Ensure print jobs meet technical requirements (bleed, resolution, colour accuracy, etc.)
Maintain organized documentation for each project, including specs, proofs, and revisions
Troubleshoot issues proactively and provide quick, client-focused solutions

Experience

3+ years working in client solutions environment
3+ years of experience in a print production environment, preferably in a coordination or prepress role

Qualifications

Proficiency in Prepress Software (Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Illustrator) workflow, file setup, and processes
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction
Experience with digital, offset, and large format printing
