Compensation

A competitive compensation package is on offer, inclusive of $68,000 – $73,000* base salary.

*The stated compensation range reflects the full scope of the role as currently structured and is provided in accordance with pay transparency requirements. Offers are determined based on relevant experience, demonstrated skills, internal equity, and alignment with the role’s requirements. The Opportunity

Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Innovation & Marketing Analyst to support the creation and launch of innovative products. This role bridges Research & Development and Sales, providing insights, analysis, and strategic support to help bring products from concept to launch. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and passionate about food and consumer-packaged goods.

Position Description

In this very important role, you will be empowered and entrusted to:

  • Collaborate with the Innovation team to plan, develop, and launch new product concepts in line with the company’s innovation goals.
  • Evaluate market trends, customer insights, and business data to guide product development and support sales initiatives.
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to internal teams and leadership.
  • Monitor product performance and market activity, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, business partners, and industry contacts to enhance the company’s reputation for quality and innovation.
  • Support internal communications and promotional activities, including newsletters and social media updates as required.

Experience

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the food manufacturing or CPG industry.

Qualifications

  • Analytical and able to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support product development.
  • Creative and innovative, generating new ideas for product concepts and marketing strategies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey findings to cross-functional teams and leadership.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Customer-focused with professionalism and integrity, building strong relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Skilled at coordinating projects, tracking timelines and deliverables, and ensuring goals are met.
  • Committed to continuous learning and staying current on food trends and industry development

Education

College diploma or degree in Food Science, Business, Marketing or related field.
