Compensation

$125,000 – $135,000

Position Description

The ideal candidate brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership within the production environment, combined with the proven ability to guide and nurture a diverse team of production personnel. The Production Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient production processes. This includes managing a team of production personnel, troubleshooting production issues, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

The successful candidate will demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced production setting, using their leadership and coaching abilities to motivate and develop their team.

Experience

Manage the day-to-day operations of the production floor.
Ensure safety and efficiency of all production processes.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of production personnel.
Implement operational policies and procedures to meet company standards and objectives.
Coordinate with other departmental managers to optimize productivity and efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly to prevent delays.
Continuously monitor and report on production performance and progress.

Qualifications

5-10 years of experience within a print or packaging environment is required.
5 years of experience in a managerial role is required.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a strong emphasis on coaching and development.
Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
