Our client is recognized as Canada’s leading food ingredient supplier known for taking a product from inception through to development, manufacturing, packaging and distribution. They are looking to fill a critical role within their Regulatory Team.
Competitive compensation with bonus.
You will report to the Regulatory supervisor, and be a technical liaison between sales/customers and suppliers providing an outstanding level of quality to customers. This position will require updating supplier technical information (nutrition, kosher, allergen and other specs). You will be creating technical packages for all products. You will create and update labels for all Canadian and US sites as required. Manage kosher records for ingredients and resale products; prepare Kosher applications for manufactured products. This position will require the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
