Our client is a leading distributor of specialty and ingredient chemicals to a wide range of industries. These include Nutraceutical, Pharmaceutical, Food, Cosmetic, and industrial account across Canada.

This newly created position will be an exciting assignment. This is a great point to enter the team, bringing your love of structure, and detail along with your skills with Excel and other software to greatly add to the freshness and accuracy of the market information. This will help our client forecast their needs, ensure appropriate inventories, and avoid the effects of major market fluctuations.
Your role will be to act as a resource to the Sales and Marketing team. You will populate and manage systems to track in real time pricing trends, market information, and projected information from the suppliers estimating the effects on our markets in the short and mid-term. This will suit someone with the skills who has been working in a similar role or customer service environment who wished to focus more on the systems and process.
We are seeking someone who thrives in a support role. The tasks and priorities will change from time to time, and we need someone who can enjoy the challenge and variety that requires. The ideal candidate will also enjoy working with several teams with different needs and feel comfortable finding the way to satisfy and rise to the challenge this sometimes presents.
