Leading print management company specializing in delivering high-quality print and packaging solutions is currently seeking a Senior Account Coordinator.

The Opportunity

If you thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and have a passion for managing print and packaging projects from concept through completion, then this is the job for you.

Position Description

With a strong focus on customer service, innovation, and end-to-end project execution, you’ll act as the primary liaison between clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure every detail is executed with precision, on time, and on budget.

This is a client-facing role ideal for a highly organized, solutions-oriented professional with deep knowledge of the print and packaging industry.

Experience

Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in print and/or packaging project management.
Experience working directly with clients and external vendors.

Qualifications

Solid understanding of printing processes (offset, digital, large format, etc.) and packaging production.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with project management software is an asset.
Background in agency, supplier, or in-house print production environments preferred.
