The Opportunity

On behalf of our client, we’re looking for an experienced Account Manager who can provide vital customer relations and business development support. This opportunity is well suited for an experienced print or packaging industry professional looking to advance their sales career with a packaging industry leader who rewards hard work, dedication and commitment.

This is a Toronto-based position but leads to a hybrid/remote role.

Position Description

Provide vital customer-relations and business-development support
Understand the product and service portfolio of a designated list of accounts with a focus on retaining and expanding existing account revenue as well as introducing new products to drive the business forward
Develop and maintain client relationships with each client and an understanding of the business.
Proactively assess client needs and their day-to-day requirements
Ensures all customer communication is effective, coordinating with customer service team to efficiently expedite priorities where required

Experience

3-5 years of account management/inside sales experience within Printing or Packaging

Qualifications

Must have excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and be very detail-oriented
Strong Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, & ERP skills
