A well-established organization with over 30 years of Property Management experience and a portfolio consisting of commercial retail, office and some residential space, is looking for an entrepreneurial Senior Property Accountant/Controller. Our client is a small organization with properties across several provinces.
This nimble operation requires an innovative, dynamic, up and comer, with the right personality and drive. They are looking for an assertive individual but also someone who has the willingness to learn and be moldable in order to grow with this organization. Because they are a small organization they are looking for a “Jack of All Trades” who is willing to also assist with the leasing and property management when necessary. They are led by a team of “outside the box thinkers” and, as such, they need a transformational leader in finance…not just a transactional leader.
They offer stability and an excellent, autonomous environment for individuals that are self-motivated and passionate about what they do!
$80,000 – $95,000, commensurate upon experience.

Her in-depth knowledge of the industry allows Valerie to source candidates that match the criteria of her clients. This is a critical role within the organization and, following the recruitment and selection process, the selected candidate should expect to receive an offer promptly.
