Position Description

Vous serez quotidiennement en contact avec des clients établis, pas d’appels à froid – ceci n’est pas un centre d’appels! Vous serez responsable de la prise de commandes, de la saisie des données et de connaître les tenants et les aboutissants des besoins de la clientèle. C’est un excellent rôle, avec une équipe de direction solidaire, motivée à soutenir votre propre croissance et réussite professionnelles!

Il s’agit d’un poste permanent à temps plein, en poste, du lundi au vendredi.

Experience

2 à 4 ans d’expérience en service à la clientèle lié à l’industrie chimique.

Qualifications

  • Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale, avec une maîtrise de l’anglais et du français
  • Un engagement élevé envers le service et la résolution de problèmes, avec une attitude proactive
  • Solides compétences en informatique, connaissance des produits Microsoft Office et familiarité avec les systèmes ERP
  • Volonté de travailler au bureau (ce n’est pas une opportunité à distance)

Education

Un diplôme ou un diplôme en sciences ou en administration des affaires est considéré comme un atout.
