A well-established organization that performs building revitalization for some of Toronto’s leading commercial, residential and institutional buildings is looking for a Swing Stage Operator – Construction Labourer that is not afraid of working at HEIGHTS, with a willingness to be trained on how to turn a dull building into one that looks brand new!
Safety is this organizations number one priority, so they invest a lot of time and money into ensuring their employees are properly trained and have the right safety equipment in place.
As Swing Stage Operator – Construction Labourer you will be responsible for completing building revitalizations for the interior and exterior or buildings in the GTA. You will be responsible for working on buildings that are starting to look dull and dis-coloured because of years of sunlight and harsh weather conditions, and reinvigorating these buildings making them look brand new.
You must be willing to work at heights as some of the Skyscrapers can reach over 40 floors in height. The company will train all incumbents on the techniques of building revitalization processes and the application of specialized coatings. Additionally, this organization makes safety their number one priority and will be providing the successful candidates with Ontario certification training for working at heights, health and safety and ensuring all employees have their Personal Protective Equipment (“PPE”) and fall arrest system.
High school diploma a strong asset.
