Warehouse Operations Supervisor

In this important position, you will be involved in effective operation of assigned shifts, warehouse activities including picking, shipping and receiving.

• Communicating and implementing change as directed
• Health and Safety compliance in accordance with company policies
• Providing leadership by establishing clear expectations and demonstrating high standards of work practices and safety conscious behavior
• Proven ability to have discipline discussions and give honest feedback in a professional manner
• Establishing, maintaining and promoting high standards of customer service
• Liaising with drivers, customers and warehouse personnel
• Ensuring compliance with OHS procedures and practices
• Supervision of all staff under your direct or indirect control
• Administration duties as required to ensure daily KPI performance is achieved
• Ensuring all resources are utilized efficiently
• Driving and maintaining 5S principles within their work area and the building
• Continuously monitoring the performance and activities of the shift operations through the use of KPI’s, with a primary focus on cost controls
