Our client is one of the largest and fastest growing residential owner and operators with strong national presence in Canada. With over $10 billion dollars in assets, they are currently seeking Building Managers, Superintendents and Maintenance Technicians. Some of these positions are live-in and some are live-out positions and the roles are located throughout Montreal at different properties/buildings. In these roles, you will be mainly responsible for property maintenance including building mechanical systems, administrative duties and cleaning duties to ensure the community is well maintained and in presentable order on a daily basis. Some administration and leasing tasks may be required in some of these roles.

Working with General Contractors, Trades, Owners, Engineers, Architects, Consulting firms, Developers and Landlords, she is able to talk the talk, allowing her to build trust, confidence and stronger relationships and credibility with clients and candidates alike.
