The Opportunity

Position Description

Identify, target, and win new business opportunities across Canada and the U.S.
Lead consultative conversations to uncover pain points, business risks, and cost-saving opportunities
Build strong multi-level relationships within target organizations
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through proposal to close
Track pipeline activity, client intelligence, and opportunities in CRM tools
Stay aware of market conditions and industry trends to position solutions effectively
Share insights, best practices, and wins with peers to elevate overall team performance
Work toward monthly and annual sales targets with accountability and urgency

Qualifications

Proven success selling B2B professional services or complex solutions
Unmatched prospecting ability and the discipline to build a consistent funnel
Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with executive-level leaders
A talent for listening, reading between the lines, and uncovering unspoken challenges
Ethical, self-driven mindset paired with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
Ability to juggle multiple priorities while staying organized and deadline-focused
Familiarity with customs, supply chain, logistics, or trade compliance is a strong asset (not mandatory)
Comfortable using CRM platforms and MS Office tools to manage activity and deliver polished presentations
