Our client is a well-established Canadian Distributor looking to further the continued growth of their team by adding a committed Customer Service Manager.

Position Description

A great role for a professional who likes to be involved in different projects and provide guidance support to multiple team members. Working closely with sales, operations and logistics, you will be a key part to the company’s day to day operations. Your commitment to supporting your team, providing guidance and motivating them to provide the best possible support to both internal and external clients, will be greatly appreciated in this role.

Qualifications

  • 5 years’ of management experience in a customer service environment, with knowledge of manufacturing or customer/supplier support considered a strong asset
  • Degree or diploma in business, management or administration
  • A natural team leader, who can be decisive, driven and action-oriented
  • Command of MS Office and direct experience with CRM systems
  • Great interpersonal skills and strong communication both over the telephone and thru correspondence, with the ability to get the most out of external and internal customer interactions
  • A leader who thrives under pressure and loves multi-tasking

Education

Degree or diploma in business, management or administration.
