The Opportunity

You will be part of the team and the direct support for the office located in Annandale. It is a permanent, full-time role that will be located in-office, Monday to Friday.

Position Description

  • You are the key to the quality and demand of this growing chemical ingredient distributor. The one who knows the supply counts, works with the sales team to ensure the warehouse is well-stocked to meet the order demands. You help to set the pricing, while ensuring all is running smoothly.

Experience

  • 3 -5 years in vendor and product procurement, direct experience within the chemical industry considered a strong asset
  • Direct experience managing supplier relationships

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of logistics, shipping, or customs documentation is considered an asset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A high commitment to service and problem-solving, with a proactive attitude
  • Strong computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office products and familiarity with ERP systems
  • Willingness to work in-office (this is not a remote opportunity)

Education

A degree or diploma in Science, or Business Administration considered an asset.
