Company Description

A leading Print and Packaging manufacturer is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team.

Compensation

$65,000 to $70,000 salary, plus benefits and bonus.

Position Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in supporting the organization’s clients and internal production teams by managing order entry, job documentation, and workflow coordination. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a team-driven, customer-focused environment.   • Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, providing professional and timely support.
  • Accurately enter and manage print orders into the system, ensuring all specifications and details are complete.
  • Prepare and maintain order documentation including job tickets, proofs, and shipping information.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (production, prepress, logistics) to ensure job flow and priorities are aligned.
  • Proactively manage and prioritize multiple orders and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resolve issues quickly and professionally, escalating concerns as needed.
  • Support continuous improvement of customer service processes and team collaboration.

Experience

3 to 5 years of experience in a customer service in a print manufacturing environment required.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of print production workflows and terminology is a must.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with print MIS/order management systems is an asset.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Positive attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences.
