The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity awaits a seasoned professional with a proven background in broker sales to take on a leadership role that’s equal parts relationship-building, strategic marketing, and high-impact training.

This remote U.S.-based role is designed for a dynamic individual who can cultivate and elevate partnerships with franchise broker networks across the country. The successful candidate will be a compelling communicator, a strategic thinker, and a performance-driven professional passionate about helping brokers thrive—and, in turn, drive franchise expansion across the nation.

Position Description

Broker Relationship Leadership

  • Build and nurture strong alliances with top broker groups (e.g., IFPG, TES, FranServe).
  • Act as the go-to point of contact for brokers—supporting them with tools, insight, and direction.
  • Conduct engaging one-on-one meetings to showcase the franchise opportunity.
  • Represent the brand at expos, conferences, and networking events to increase visibility and trust.

 

Broker-Focused Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Oversee the design and execution of broker-specific campaigns, including webinars, email sequences, and standout marketing assets.
  • Partner with internal teams to craft persuasive messaging tailored to broker needs.
  • Identify, engage, and motivate top-performing brokers within existing networks.
  • Seek out and forge new broker network partnerships aligned with strategic growth objectives.

 

Training & Enablement

  • Deliver dynamic training sessions and webinars to help brokers understand the business model, unique value proposition, and target candidate profiles.
  • Keep broker networks informed with regular updates, franchisee success stories, and industry insights.

 

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

  • Track and analyze broker-driven lead flow and conversions, pivoting tactics as necessary.
  • Provide leadership with insightful reporting on engagement metrics, deal progress, and broker performance.
  • Collaborate closely with recruitment teams to ensure a seamless journey from broker introduction to signed agreement.

 

What Success Looks Like In This Role

  • 100+ quality broker leads/month
  • 5%+ lead-to-close conversion rate
  • 20+ broker meetings/month
  • 4–6 training webinars/quarter

Experience

  • Mandatory broker sales experience – this is required for this role. You must understand the broker landscape inside and out.
  • Prior experience specifically in brokering franchise sales; not just working with brokers, but being the one closing deals.

  • A strong marketing mindset paired with the ability to speak the language of sales, partnership, and performance.
  • Confidence working remotely with autonomy, focus, and accountability.
  • A people-first approach, matched with a sharp eye for strategy and business growth.
